I’m Shabora Jones, better known as Big B, a Detroit-based music producer crafting beats that hit with both impact and emotion. Music has always been a core part of my life, from singing along to Jon B. while helping with Sunday dinners to vibing with The Temptations and Mariah Carey during the holidays. Those moments shaped my ear and taught me early that music connects people in ways words cannot.

For me, music is more than just sound. It is the energy that defines a moment. On a good day, Mary J. Blige erases the drama and Kirk Franklin sets my direction. On a rough one, Kem brings me calm, but Lil Jon reminds me I am still unstoppable. That mix of emotion and energy is exactly what I aim to give people through my production.

When I am in the studio, I build and shape my beats in Logic Pro, but Pro Tools is where I bring everything together and finalize the mix. My music is available on SoundCloud, Apple Music, and Spotify, where listeners can follow my evolution and growth as a producer and artist.

Beyond production, I am drawn to the soul of live instrumentation. I play piano and I am learning the drums, but I have always been inspired by the raw emotion of the saxophone and electric guitar. It is not about how many instruments I play. It is about how deeply I can feel the sound when it is played right.

Looking ahead, I am building more than just a studio. I am creating a movement. My vision is to launch a recording studio and record label that serve as a hub for creativity. A space where producers, artists, and innovators come together to experiment, collaborate, and elevate the sound.
